These images are our first look at the 2025 Renault 4 winter testing.
This Renault 4 prototype showcases a relatively straightforward two-box design, featuring a bold upright front end and rounded lighting elements reminiscent of the concept car. The elongated wheel arches hint at a more rugged styling compared to other SUV models in Renault's lineup, boasting minimal front and rear overhangs.
At the back, the slim vertical tail lights appear to draw direct inspiration from the concept model. However, additional styling cues, such as a distinctive graphic intended for placement on the C-pillar behind the rear door glass, are gleaned from leaked patent drawings.
Beneath the surface, the forthcoming Renault 4 will share the new AmpR Small platform with the Renault 5, previously known as CMF-B EV. This platform is purpose-built for electric vehicles of smaller dimensions, offering a tailored architecture for efficient EV performance.
